What does the Chamber do?

We have been working on community events such as Moonlight Madness, Fort St. James Gift Certificates, Thunder on Ice, Fishing Derby, Music Festival and more.
We have been pursuing educational opportunities such as PST seminar, Superhost, and our manager now has national certification as a Tourism Counsellor Trainer.

We have been working on economic development in the areas of co-generation, tourism, walking trail, networking, small business training and job creation.

We want to continue our efforts in the area of promotion through tradeshows, and marketing Fort St. James to the world. We want to improve our communications with our membership and look forward to working on the issues that matter the most to you.

We have reduced our membership fee schedule, to serve you better, and have included benefits to better serve not just business but individuals, groups and associations, anyone who is interested in the well being of Fort St James is encouraged to join the Chamber.

Non-profit organizations, committees, clubs, sporting organizations, home-based business, and sole-proprietor $45.00

1 - 3 Employees $85.00
4-12 Employees $145.00
13-25 Employees $200.00
26 plus Employees $295.00
